Caper Beach #302 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with the PERFECT mid-island beach view and private screened-in beachside patio.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower, private sliding glass door to the beachside patio, and large picture window overlooking the gulf and beautifully manicured grounds below.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a full bathroom nearby with bathtub, PLUS washer/dryer IN THE UNIT, a rare find!

Queen-size sleeper sofa in living room. Full kitchen with all-new appliances, picture window from the kitchen sink, bar-top seating and dining room for six. Why stay at a hotel when you can enjoy this 2/2 beach condo for virtually the same price, or LESS!

We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

The Caper Beach Cub complex offers a luxe resort-style heated pool along the beach, BBQ grills, terrace seating, well-manicured landscaped walking paths and private 300-foot stretch of sugar-fine sandy beach.

Been to this complex multiple times, feel it's the best on the island. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated nicely, though living room furniture very dated. Also, not the cleanest apartment we have ever rented there. Suggestions for additional amenities would include an alarm clock in the bedroom; a beach cooler; a room safe and new chairs on the lanai, as well as someone to double check the work after the room was cleaned.

Great location, great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and our view was amazing. The pool was nice also however I do wish it were a little bit closer to the building we stayed in. There was construction going on but it didn’t start super early and didn’t run super late so it wasn’t really a big deal at all. It also didn’t prevent us from doing anything. We would definitely recommend this unit and wouldn’t mind staying there again!

The condo was in a great location. However, it was quite dated and there were no amenities. It didn’t even have a salt and pepper shaker. The beach chairs were mostly broken and rusted. Probably won’t stay there again.

Location is prime!

The condo location was perfect! It's right on the beach and being on the 3rd floor you look out onto the ocean. The beach wasn't crowded which was great. The kids could pass the football without being in anyone's way. The condo was outdated but we didn't mind since we spent all day, everyday outside. They supplied beach towels, sand toys and chairs. This was great to not have to buy or pack all of that. Suggestions for the owners: pizza cutter, flipper (spatula) and new beach chairs. The beach chairs are rusted and on their last leg, but they made it. 😉 Also, maybe let guests know the check in office is not on the grounds, it's down the street. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to booking another trip.

Beautiful view & spacious..but in need of some TLC

The view is why we booked this condo and we were not disappointed with it nor the beach. The living room and dining room are comfortable as is the lanai. A couple issues with lights and the stool running non stop in masterbath. There are beach chairs but they are in need of upgrading. We picked up an umbrella at Costco as shade on the beach is definitely needed and we left it for future guests to have available. Some long term tenants can be a bit abrasive and kept watch on guests to make sure they belonged in beach area etc...was a bit of a turn off for us as we travel a lot and have not ever had this experience! Restaurants close really early this time of year so advise to plan accordingly. Trolley was a nice option to go to Times Square, Publix and Lovers Key state park. Worth the price for sure..especially the beautiful view.
