Water views, beaches, restaurants! STR R260158
Our cozy condo is located on the southern end of Estero Island, in the Estero Island Yacht and Racquet complex. We are located on a wide canal by Fish Tail Marina. The second floor unit has a great view of the canal boat traffic and wildlife. Since we are on the second floor & there are steps and that should be considered, there is no elevator. The unit has been remodel with all new furnishings for you to relax in after a day at the beach or out experiencing Fort Myers area attractions. Estero Yacht and Racquet
has a heated pool and a large patio space in the community. These are great places to grill, relax along the canal and meet the neighbors and other visitors if you wish. The kitchen is fully furnished should you want to cook your meals here or use the grills on the patio. We enjoy the patio many evenings grilling and watching the boats return to the marina. Our community is small but friendly and close enough to walk to nearby restaurants or use the trolley to go to Times Square for the night.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking on our community property is on;y allowed in the rear parking area.

Unit is well appointed and has everyrhing you need for a week's vacation stay, speciallly if you are a beach lover. The complex is very quiet and relaxing.

Great rental.
We enjoyed our stay here. Condo had more towels and hooks to hand things on than anywhere we've ever stayed. All switches for lights were actually labeled! Our host was great with communications. Liked the code entry lock so we did not have to drag keys to pool, Hope to go again next year. Thank you.

Lovely Condo with the Best Location
Stayed the month of January 2020. The photos do not do this unit justice -- beautifully decorated and very comfortable for two. Spent much of our time in the screened in lanai watching dolphins and the boats coming and going throughout the day. Loved to be able to grill out on the shared patio area and met some very nice people.
Owner was very responsive and supplied everything we needed. The unit was ultra clean when we arrived and the property in general is very clean. Credit card laundromat was right next to the pool - how convenient!
Location and property itself is very quiet -- within short walking distance to the beach, shopping center w/restaurants and CVS.
Couldn't ask for anything more. Great experience.

The condo is exactly as described.
We loved the condo just right for two people. Just a short walk to the beach, the area is very quiet and it is lovely to sit and watch the boats go by from the lanai. There was everything that you would need and more.

Awesome accommodations!
This condo unit was perfect. It was immaculate and well furnished with everything needed for cooking and relaxing at the beach. There were ample plush beach towels, as well as a beach wagon, chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and frisbee! It was a short walk to an awesome beach, as well as an ideal location by Santini Plaza which has great gift shops and a broad selection of restuarants. The condo unit itself had a lovely and relaxing interior design and the lanai had a beautiful, peaceful view. The onsite pool was wonderful as well. The owner was easy to communicate with and we would not hesitate to rent this unit again!
