The real highlight of our stay was the wait staff in the outside dining area, particularly Jayden, Tyler, and Gabe. The property itself is nice. The room was wonderful with great oceanfront views, and it was very spacious. Our major disappointment was that there was no housekeeping at all during our four night stay. One more thing ot mention is that the air conditioning unit in the kitchen area was so loud that we absolutely had to close the bedroom door at night to sleep.

The remodaled rooms were nice. Bed was comfortable. The poolside/beachside bar, Cabanas, is awesome, Great bartenders. Having lunch on the beach was great. We didn't try the restaurant. We got a breakfast sandwich at the food truck one morning that was very good. The property provides you with two chairs and an umbrella at the beach for their guests which is great. Pool and beach towels provided. There are great restaurants nearby. We wish the pool was bigger so you could spread out away from the kids. We had no problem parking everyday. The only thing that was negative is they told us when we checked in they would refresh our room on a certain day and we noticed early afternoon on the day it was scheduled for that it had not been done. So we asked at the front desk to make sure it was to happen. They told us the staff was on till 4pm. At 3;30pm still no one. We contacted the front desk again and they sent someone up with towels and changed the garbage. I guess we expected the bed at least to be changed too. It wasn't clear what refreshed meant and we should have asked when we checked in. Not a big deal. We were there for 5 days 4 nights. The beach is huge. Everyone on staff was awesome.

The hotel room was amazing great views of the sunrise and beach. We had a great time. Drinks and pool food was tasty. We had a great time. Easy walk to Moms and other local restaurants. Shuttle stops right out front.

We had a fantastic stay at DiamondHead Beach Resort! The location truly can’t be beat—you never have to leave because everything you need is right there. It’s incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with family. The beach is absolutely beautiful—clean, relaxing, and just steps away. One of our favorite parts was having a private balcony with the room. It made mornings and evenings so enjoyable, with great views and a perfect place to unwind. The overall experience was easy, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for in a beach getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable, one of the nicest I've slept on at a hotel. The mini kitchen was great to put leftovers. The resort was next to the beach so that makes the getting there very convenient. The resort is located about a 10 min walk to the downtown Fort Myers Beach. The Coste restaurant was excellent. One of the nice perks of staying here was the fact that each room gets a umbrella and 2 lounger everyday. Overall, very happy with the stay and would definitely come back.
