不滿：整潔度
DIRTY!!! House has beautiful decor but so not ready for guests and they need real cleaners!!! Still under construction as well. Broken mini fridge, piece of granite, old sink, old fireplace screen by the patio table debris on the ground as well by the table. Tools in kitchen drawers mixed with utensils, sand all over the floor, dirty light switches, bathroom mirror and shower glass dirty. Bugs in corners of the kitchen floor. Toaster filled with crumbs, old burned coffee maker. Soap gunk in washing machine. I could keep going! We didn’t cook in the kitchen it was just gross. Property manager said she would send someone to clean the first round of “concerns” but they would need an entire team and it would be during our whole visit! We just kept finding more! We cleaned what we used and left it better than we found it. Also a/c was broken and the shower was clogged plus no hot water. Host ignorned our request to refund cleaning fee and VRBO tried to contact them and they never responded. All I got was “ Blessingsl” at the end from the host and they ignored the rest. I was a VRBO host in the Hudson Valley and I would never treat my guest like this. No resolution from anyone, VRBO or host. Such a waste of time. Last contact with VRBO said just leave a bad review”. So here it is. Pretty decor, nice location but DIRTY and nobody that is in your corner!
