Very clean room, staff was very helpful and delightful. Free breakfast is very good deal and a lot of food. The views from our room which included the octopool and the Gulf were stunning and amazing. We loved that the balconies are screening in top to bottom for safety too. 100% going back!!!

Uns hat zum einen die Lage direkt am Strand und der tolle Strand- und Meerblick sowohl vom Zimmer als auch vom Frühstücksraum sehr gefallen. Das Frühstück war überdurchschnittlich gut. Es war immer ausreichend Platz an 3 Pools, Liegen am weitläufigen Strand waren kostenlos. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel.

Everything at this resort was A+ the one and only non-issue was the AC kicking on throughout the evening was quite loud. Aside from that, everything was outstanding.

Great breakfast! Great room and balcony view! Great beach with chairs, umbrellas, and cocktail service. Horrible bar staff!! They act like you are bothering them when ordering. And because your tip is automatic, they don’t care about the poor customer service they are providing.

Pink Shell is a great place to stay with lots of things to do without leaving the resort. The resort was very clean and staff were pleasant. There are many different places to purchase food and drinks and plenty of free fun activities. The included breakfast is a step above and was very convenient. This location is at the end of the Blvd, but is well within walking distance to the area downtown. There is also a shuttle trolley that's very convenient for those unable to walk much. The downtown area offers different restaurants, ice cream shops, souvenir shops and kiosks. We had a great time and would book this resort again.

Overall, it's a nice property, but very overpriced. Staff is very friendly and property is very well maintained, outside of the room we stayed on. First appearance of our room was very dirty. There was an orange peal on the remote for the tv, dirt and crumbs on top the stand tv was on, sand covering the floor everywhere, and even in both beds. The first night we had not even been on or near the beach and it was like the sheets were never cleaned before we got there.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Pink Shell! From the food/drink, to the beach, to the facilities was great. What beats all of that is the quality, attentiveness, professionalism and the friendliness of the entire staff. My husband, sixteen year old daughter, and myself stayed here during our spring break. We arrived before the check-in time but were able to leave our luggage with the concierge. We had full use of the resort. The food was really good. The only time we left was to walk the square shops for souvenirs. The resort does a lot for kids but the area is spread out so you aren't cramped. Our room was amazing and the view of the gulf was amazing.
