Room was wonderful with good view, it was clean and well kept by the cleaning staff. Amenities were great and it was in an excellent location. Restaurants are all convenient and there is plenty of seating as well as good entertainment that include a live singer over the weekends. Free breakfast it great and very pleasant. We loved the omelette guy!

Amazing resort! The view from our room was gorgeous inside and out. The entire resort was very clean from the room to the pools to the dining. The breakfast offered something for everyone (omelets, pancakes, waffles, fruit, potatoes, yogurt, cereal, juice and much more). The staff goes out of their way to make everything perfect. We will definitely be back!

The hard sell tactics to attend a sales presentation for their newly renovated building was very unprofessional and off putting. Texts started by Holly the first evening (Sunday) after checkin even before we had unpacked. Also during checkin, we inquired about upgrades and Jordan informed us that upgrades weren’t available for third party reservations. Found this rude and shortsighted and let him know that if it weren’t for Expedia, I would not have booked the reservation. Was also ridiculous as they wanted us to attend their sales pitch, and later we could see they were not fully booked. Furthermore the pictures displayed on both Expedia and their website of tue rooms were very misleading. Our building and room were dated and rundown, dingy. The gym was also not in good condition. Elevators were super slow and seemed outdated and also rundown. Will never go back to this resort.

Be ready for a $60 a day “resort fee” to be sprung on you. They claim towels, breakfast and a few other things are “complementary” but then tell you your $60 a day resort fee pays for those things. I got news for you pink shell. It’s not complementary if I’m paying you daily for it. Overall the resort is okay but I don’t like feeling like I got one pulled over on me and that’s what they did. I spent money there tipped your workers well and then had to cough up another $300 (5 nights) at the end for this fee. Oh and the first day I checked in at 4pm and they still had the audacity to charge me the full resort fee that day when I was there less than half a day. Again don’t like how they went about it. Put the full price up front don’t charge me more money once you get me onto your resort. Even if the resort was a 10/10 I wouldn’t be returning for this reason alone.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was very relaxing. I love the multiple pools, the kids had a huge one to enjoy and adults have one to relax in. The food was great with a large variety. You have to wait to be seated but they are very efficient and it's usually 15 to 25 minutes. The rooms were cozy and clean. The beach was amazing and so close. Great place to stay!
