Property was fine but not exceptional. Rooms look out over parking but are a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Beach is again fine but not exceptional compared to other beaches on the Island. Room has coffee maker but no creamer or sugar from what I could find. No cups for drinking water. We are looking for a place to return to over and over and to recommend without reservation to friends and family. Fell short of this standard

Very clean and comfortable room. The pool was very enjoyable. The beachfront access with lounge chairs makes it great, and the various floaters at the pool area made it even better.

We were totally underwhelmed by this place. It was one notch above a motel. The pool was tiny and the restaurant was outdoor eating. We check out before we even checked in. There are better places on this island.

This resort is located on such a beautiful beach with the nicest staff at the front desk, snack bar, tiki bar, housekeeping, and the gentlemen that work so hard at setting up chairs on the beach! Rooms very, very clean and wonderful to have a small fridge/microwave. Grounds are stunning! Only thing is if the snack bar is open until 3:00pm, we tried at lunch to order the wraps and both Saturday/Sunday told they were out and cook left? Wish we could have tried the wraps; they did look delicious. We loved Sanibel Island for a girl's trip and this resort was wonderful and everyone that worked there! Thank you for the best stay ever!
