everything was nice and clean, the front desk agent was quite helpful and really kind. The room was spacious and the AC was amazing for the florida hot weather, and it was close to 75 which made it easy to get around.

The staff are always soo attentive! Every time I visit Fort Myers I stay at that hotel and the staff gets me in and out even down to the staff who so kindly cleans the rooms. I travel with a physical disabled mother and highly active autistic brother and they accommodate our needs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is quiet so my brother is never overwhelmed by overbearing noise. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience everytime I stay

This place is unstaffed after 7:00 PM. I had a late flight in to Fort Myers, so I called ahead to make sure there would be someone to check me in and the associate I talked to reassured me that there would be someone available any time. When I arrived, there was no one at the desk. There was a piece of corogated metal in place of a desk clerk. There was a piece of paper taped to it with a number to call for check-in or emergency. It was 12:30 when I arrived. I called the number and was told that there was no way to check me in. No one could help me. I was out the money I paid for the room and left looking for a nearby hotel at 1:00 AM. Frankly, it was probably good fortune that I didn't stay here. The place was dirty and had that "no-tell motel" vibe. I think the owners of this hotel do not realize they are in the hospitality business... You need to be present to be hospitable. Cleanliness is not optional. It doesn't cost a lot to clean. I wasn't expecting the Ritz, but even modest hotels should be clean and treat their guests... LIKE GUEST!

No, it was old, was dirty. Sheets was dirty, bed was uncomfortable and things were falling apart and old. There’s a lil kitchenette and no utensils, no cups or plates, nothing to cook with. Saw a roach and just bad for price paid.

Where to start. Main lobby was a dirty hallway, waited 5-7 minutes for her return to walking her dogs, elevator/floors were disgusting, room was outdated/broken drawer/sink w/dead roach, she didn't hesitate to give us a refund. Not a good neighborhood.
