The location is awesome here. You are minutes away from Sanibel and Captiva by boat. Bring your boat, the ramp and slip is on the lot! This property has a screened in lani. Washer and dryer, Queen bed and a sleeper sofa. Internet and smart tv. Recently remodeled flooring, bathroom and fresh paint. The community here is very friendly and laid back, and quiet! You are a couple of blocks from great restaurants and entertainment. Come visit us and let the paradise relax you.
