If I type everything I’ll have carpal tunnel by the end. Let’s put it this way, when the lobby is always locked, it’s never a good sign. But at least they gave me a clean room after I denied the first room, which smelled like smoking, had broken mirrors, paint chipping off the walls, a buckled floor, tv that didn’t work,and waiting for 20 minutes bc outside the lobby, ringing the “Ring” camera doorbell for them to come and talk to me about it. I should’ve spent the extra $30.

This property was by far the dirtiest and most run down place I have ever stayed at and I didn’t have high expectations as it was a Motel 6. If it was a late arrival and early departure I would’ve went somewhere else. There was dog hair on the sheets and blankets so much so my kids chose to sleep ON the blankets and my wife went to go get new sheets which still had hair on them. The walls had drips on them and clearly not washed EVER. The bathroom is disgusting. Tub not washed, dirty finger prints on the walls, and the walls of the shower. The shower curtain might as well be black instead of white. The extra blankets had some kind of fluid on it maybe a stain but either way was disgusting. Pillow CASES stained yellow, bed toppers clearly not washed or a fresh stain but at this rate I’d say it hasn’t been washed. Photos DO NOT match property…. The coffee bar isn’t set up in the office, the paint is coming off the walls in the room and the ceiling. Like this place is the definition of a dive, even if you just need a place to sleep.

Room was dirty , run down and had plaster falling everywhere. Totally gross. Asked for a different room and was told because I had a dog it wasn't an option. I was in the middle of a 4 day road trip and tired and didn't feel like fighting for my money back and booking elsewhere. I asked for a plug for the tub and was told I didn't need one. When I said I wanted a bath was given a disgusting plug and told " don't use pink gel. It will stain the tub ". Once I got a good lol at the tub I chose not to have a bath. The tv didn't work. There was one cracked cup In the kitchen. There were large piles of ice on the sidewalk in front of my room. Just a gross place and the service was rude.

No hot water, construction was being completed. Would have been better to stop taking bookings rather than put people in a half cleaned room with used dirty sponges on the counter and no hot water in the bathrooms. Construction materials laying around all over the outside with rusty nails littering the area. Would recommend not booking until construction is complete.

I won’t be back!
The room was so dirty, the only thing that was clean was the sheets. The floors turn my white socks grey within the first 5 minutes. There was pee spray all around the toilet, some brown stuff on the toilet seat. Shower tiles look like they have never been cleaned, paint peeling off of the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. Also wires running across the ceiling to a fan above the shower with an exposed box and wires. The kitchenette was bad, one knife one spoon, dirty pots and pans, food explosion in the microwave…….I could go on but you get the idea. When I told the guy at the front desk about what it was like in my room he sent in the cleaning crew but all they did was clean the toilet seat and put 2 forks in the drawer.
