「The host was very communicative and helpful. The house is excellent and met all of our family's needs. I could make some suggestions for improvement: The bath towels are tiny, even for a child. We found some mold in the bathrooms, and one of the bathroom fans had a lot of dust and gunk hanging out of it. 」

「Great location and the host was quick to let me know all arrival/departure details. My wife and I are very fond of the Guntersville area. For a quick and inexpensive get away, this was the perfect little cottage. The only draw back for us was that I am an early riser, and my wife likes to sleep late. The floors in the kitchen are very squeaky and I woke her both mornings walking around. The cottage could use a little freshening up on paint, but we understood that it probably has high volume...

「Too expensive for the little space, no stove and no river water (poor scenic appearance). Took hours to cool down. The place needs a bigger AC or should be turned on in the morning of check-in. Plenty of cheaper hotels closer to restaurants.」

「Everything was great. No issues at all. I would like to be able to leave the carport light on for when you come home in the dark. This unit has a 60 minute timer on it, that's not very much use. Also, make sure to turn on the "living room" ceiling fan to circulate air in the loft or it will be very hot up there. 」
