“The house was beautiful, clean and spacious! There are enough bedrooms to accommodate an extended family- grown children and grandkids, allowing private space with open living areas for gathering. A short walk to the beach entry, but be ready for a trek on the dune path. This section of the beach is fairly private, not nearly as crowded as the section further north. The house is equipped with everything you need for the beach and pool, including lots of beach towels. Check in and check out were……

“It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. “This Vero property is worth a repeat visit. The owners are on standby with whatever you need as they live nearby themselves. We were down with another family for baseball at the nearby Jackie Robinson complex and the house accomodated 8 of us just fine. The location puts you near all that Vero has to offer and you are about 10 minutes to the beaches. It is worth noting that there is a garage on the property ( which consists of 3 lots ) that the owner uses throughout the week. He doesnt intrude……

“Had an amazing week at this property (second time renting here) in May of 2024. The house is set up beautifully with plenty of room and privacy for multiple people/families. The property is right on the beach and it felt like a private beach because rarely did we see any other people. There is an elevator, which comes in handy with older guests and luggage etc. The property is managed extremely well, very clean and they provide everything needed for the beach or even kayaking on the river side.……

“This place generally exceeded our expectations. Great kitchen and living room, spacious bedrooms and everything well appointed and recently remodeled. Internet and TV service excellent. Appliances top-notch, along with dishes/cookware, etc. A couple of small dings but in no way would I not recommend you stay here: 1. Tile floors looked fine and clean but our clean feet soon looked dirty after a couple hours of padding around the house. I think it just needs one deep clean to solve this. 2.……

“I booked the house for eight women for a golf outing. We were extremely pleased with our stay. The house was spacious and clean. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax after a long day on the golf course. I would definitely book this house again.”

“This property is amazing! We stayed here with the family. 6 adults and 5 kids. Incredibly spacious house right on the beach. We had one slight hiccup with internet, but after contacting Al (who responded immediately), all we had to do was reset it and were on our way. This place is fully stocked (games for kids, full equipment in garage, full kitchen - probably more than you're own home). Planning to come back here every year!!!”

“It was extremely hot and humid the weekend we stayed. The thermostat was locked and we asked to have the air conditioning turned up at night. It was very uncomfortable at night to sleep despite the fact that we asked to adjust the AC. There are only 3 parking spots available at the property and two guest spots. Renting a house with 5 bedrooms may require more than 3 spots available. The guest spots were rarely open.”
