The staff and breakfast were fantastic. The room was clean but really was showing signs of wear and tear. Furnishings were in very rough condition.

First room was near noisy highway, asked to switch and was very well taken care of. It was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was typical but good quality of food, nice to have a major restaurant next door.

Perfect location, stay, employees, food
Very friendly guy at the desk checked us in effortlessly. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Wasn’t planning a trip over the new years holiday but had to make last minute reservations since my dad had a heart attack and was transported to ft smith from Oklahoma. This hotel was very easy to book and was in a perfect location even having a Buffalo Wild Wings in the same parking area! Made it easy to eat at hotel and restaurant next door. 24 hour coffee bar at the hotel is a definite plus! Can’t say enough good things about the hotel stay.

Short stay
Pros: the location was convenient, the beds were comfortable, free basic breakfast. Cons: the desk chair seat was cracked and separated, the laundry room was very dirty, our room keys didn’t work (made three trips to the front desk to get reprogrammed).

Wonderful place to call Fort Smith ‘home again’. In the heart of the city. Friendly front desk staff. Good basic breakfast options. I like having coffee available 24 hours a day. I will return in the future.

Broken couch
Booked suite so we could visit with friends in room. Room was large and clean but couch was broken. Staff knew and we were not informed diring check in. Offered reward points but never received.

Very nice place
The room was very clean. The staff was really nice. The breakfast was good and hot. We will be staying there again. Buffalo Wild Wings is in the same parking lot. Made it real nice to be able to walk to supper.

Fort Smith was a perfect stop for us on our way to Branson from Texas. The hotel was clean & friendly, and the hot breakfast was wonderful! We enjoyed touring the National Historic site and it was the perfect size tour for our stopover.

Pass on this one.
The outdoor pool was closed when it was supposed to be open (the only reason we chose this hotel), our room had a totally wet floor and smelled like mildew, there was very loud road traffic all night, and the breakfast was all packaged food. Definitely an old property. The front desk gal was super nice and apologetic. She tried to help with what she could.

The room was by the pool but it had a musty smell. There were paintings or pictures missing from the wall outside the main elevator. There was some wall paper peeling from the bathroom. The food was yummy, but there needs some upkeep in the facilities themselves.
