I will never stay in another La Quinta since corporate obviously doesn't manage their managers very well.
Pool and hot tub room closed, which is the reason why I booked here. I believe it's probably closed permanently, based on other reviews; yet still advertised.
No WiFi. Front desk said they had 2 'hot spot units' which were in use by 2 other guests; they would notify me when the people were done with them...????? Gee, if I was the manager, I'd just call Verizon or whomever to get WiFi up and running....they probably don't even have WiFi. Needless to say, no WiFi for me. Manager refused to give discount, only 'points' for the next time I stayed there.....uh, I don't think so.
Front lobby floor filthy, dusty, footprints. Why can't staff just mop once a day?
