The West Texan Marfa received a minimalist facelift in 2015, new marble bath in 2018, and new HVAC in 2022. Period details including adobe walls, lime plaster, original oak floors, and double hung windows were preserved and improved by the integration of designer lighting, Affinity paint colors, modern appliances, furnishings and luxury linens. The spacious layout sleeps 6 comfortably with space to entertain, work, or relax. At just one block from Frama, Margaret’s, Hotel Paisano, Aster, Mira Marfa, Skora, Communitie, and more; this property embodies convenience and comfort. 100 Mbps internet, Samsung Smart TVs. We loved our stay in Marfa! This property has an unbeatable location right off the main drag, with so many shops within a 5 minute walk. It's right across the street from the Hotel Paisano, and a three minute walk to the Hotel St. George, both of which have excellent bars and restaurants, you can drive in 3 minutes to Marfa Burrito, Moonlight Gemstones, The Water Stop, and Cactus Liquors. If you visit on Saturday go to the Farmers And Flea Market next to Cactus Liquors. And have a great, laid back mellow time!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cool property. Loved the beautiful hardwood floors and the decor. Also, the reading nook in the master bedroom was incredible. My first VRBO and it was great. This place was very clean and the host was easy to communicate with. I really liked the outdoor grill and we used it twice. I would stay here again and recommend to a friend heading to Marfa. The kitchen was great for preparing meals. The location is great for walking around downtown.

Wonderful property !

This property was exactly as described and pictured, allowing us a delightful getaway. Having the full kitchen also made it easier for one vegan and one non-vegan to eat well in town. Our host Lauren was immediately responsive to our two VERY minor issues, which reassured me we were in good hands. We’d definitely book this property again, and would stay in any property Lauren hosted.
