Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great room, view was excellent for a side view. The door in the master shower was being held together by duct tape and it fell off. Did have to call maintenance for the guest bathroom but they were very quick to respond and fixed the issue very fast and efficiently.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo and complex are beautiful, well-appointed and convenient. Unfortunately, two major appliances (Fridge and washing machine) broke during our stay (washer broke twice to the point of not usable at the start of our stay and our final day) and we had to throw away hundreds of dollars of food. The fridge didn't work from arrival on Friday to Tuesday. Despite us following management recommendations on fridge maintenance (waiting 24 hours to allow it to properly cool) the management still tried to place blame on us. In conversation, management admitted that the fridge did take way longer than normal to "work" but did nothing to remedy. In all my years of renting, management generally tries to do right by the customers. Not in this instance: they did nothing to remedy the lost time, money, and inconveniences. I'm not sure I would return with current management, despite the fact that the condo and complex are beautiful. This took away from the idea of vacation.
