1 1/2 MILES TO EMERALD COAST CONVENTION CENTER. Very spacious and comfy condo, home ❤️Sunset in Paradise Sunset Cottages located on beautiful, quiet Okaloosa Island, We have 3 condos available to rent in the same condo community. 1 1/2 miles from Hwy 98 and downtown Fort Walton Beach. Also have two additional lower unit condos available for rent, contact owner for details.........6-miles from downtown Destin, Florida. Considered the 'New Destin West Beach resort area' but No streets to cross!!! Only 100 yards to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful condominium with excellent floor plan. Sleeps six (6) people comfortably. This large one bedroom condominium has (2) built-in twin size bunkbeds, a large pull out sofa bed, and the master bedroom has a large California king size bed. This unit has two (2) televisions, one (1) in the living room and one (1)in the master bedroom, both equiped with DVD player as well as Internet access.  Two (2) large balconies. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwaher. microwave (Pots, pans, dishes,silverware, blender,coffee pot, toaster, Too much to list...) Everything needed to enjoy your vacation. This unit also has a Washer / dryer located in the unit for your convience. This is a very well maintained and extremely clean unit! (Recently built in 2000) If your looking for a very clean, quiet condo for an enjoyable family get-away or a couples retreat then this is the one for you! **Check-out is10:00am **Check-in 4:00pm unless approved by cleaning and management.

We loved this unit. Easy access to the beach. Clean and comfortable. Loved that it was dog friendly. The area was not congested with traffic. Loved the included beach chairs. Our kiddos found so many sand dollars. Highly recommend The Crab Trap for dinner.

**Review of Our Stay at Fort Walton Beach Condo** We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay at the condo in Fort Walton Beach! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how impeccably clean everything was. The bathrooms, kitchen, dishes, couches, and beds were all spotless. Speaking of the beds—wow, they were super comfortable! It felt like sleeping on a cloud every night. The décor was incredible and went beyond the typical beach vibes. We loved every touch, from the art on the walls to the cozy, coastal-inspired details that made the place feel special. One of our favorite features was the kitchen island on wheels—such a clever and convenient addition! The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil or gadget you could ever need. And the fridge? It was so clean, we thought it was brand new, as if we were the first ones to use it. A highlight of our trip was getting to meet the owners, Ron and Michelle. They were extremely kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start. They even made our dog feel loved and comfortable, which meant the world to us! The two balconies were such a treat. Even though the first couple of days were a bit gloomy and we couldn’t get to the beach right away, we didn’t mind at all. The condo was so cozy, with a big-screen TV, a comfy couch, and games to keep us entertained. Just sitting on the balcony, enjoying the peacefulness, was perfect. This was the perfect condo for a quick beach weekend with my family. The condo was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and a very short walk to the beach. The property was a great find, so close to the beach and with pool access. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4, and we had a great time relaxing from the heat and humidity inside. Immediately this place was welcoming and comfy due to the excellent decor. My family also greatly appreciated the fully stocked kitchen including other odds and ends (iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, air freshener) that came with this rental. The check-in process was a breeze and the property managers were very friendly and quick to reply to my questions during and after I booked this rental. The walk to the beach was incredibly close and we loved the beach service! We will be keeping this place and the property managers in mind when staying in this location again!

Great place!

This condo is fully stocked for your stay! The walk to the beach is super short and accessible! Really nice place and very quiet yet fun atmosphere. Pool was great(not heated). The local was great! You do have to drive to restaurants and such but this place is out of all the tourists and crazy traffic. The water is beautiful and the balconies were nice to sit on in the morning ma evening. Stewby’s has great seafood. Wild Willy’s adventures was great for the kids and the boardwalk by AJ’s and Floyd’s was neat. Fireworks off the pier every Wednesday was cool to see also.

Fort Walton

My family had a wonderful time at Fort Walton. The condo was beautiful and extremely clean. We had everything we needed and only had to walk less than a minute to get to the beach. Our kids loved playing at the beach and then coming back to swim at the pool every day. Ron and Michelle were great to work with and were very nice throughout the entire booking and stay. Being able to bring our dog was an added bonus. We will be back to visit this same condo and beautiful beach! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This was just a breath of fresh air! The home owners provided everything you need to throughly enjoy pease and quiet with all the comforts of home! A more private experience

We loved staying here. It is a slower pace than the hustle & bustle of Destin, yet Destin is a short drive away. Very short walk to the beach. Thumbs up to the chair service. Water was crystal clear! Wish I were back there today. :)
