Nice place to stay with cold air

Enjoyed the view and the fact that the ac kept the rooms very cool. Also like that the parking lot is numbered so you have spot to park every day without looking.

This was a sweet little condo that suited our needs perfectly. Our girls loved being able to walk to the beach and the pool is fantastic! The condo had everything we needed for a great stay.

We love this location

The location is awesome! The condo was clean and we enjoyed our stay. We were surprised that the condo didn't have extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. 1 of each and that was it. It would've been nice to have extras available. It could also use a few more thoughtful items such as baking sheets to cook with, coffee filters, a pen and notepad, etc.

Excellent property & experience

The reservation process was quick, and communication with the management company was quite easy. They supplied all of the information needed to enter the property and to help us feel comfortable during our stay. The pictures and description of the property was very accurate as well. The unit was in a great location, exceptionally easy to get to our wedding venue, and absolutely perfect for us. It was a quiet property, which was nice, with ample parking, and of course a beautiful view of the bay. I would certainly stay here again if the need arose and would recommend the condo to anyone considering to stay on Okaloosa island. Loved it all!!

Not what it looks like/Missing Info

The balcony screen door was completely broken. We were told not to keep balcony door open so due to screen issue, we couldn’t enjoy the view. Was told that maintenance would come next day but they never showed up. Also these are “apartments” so the 3rd floor is literally 3 flights of stairs pulling luggage. No elevator. The apartments are older and not appealing.

Loved the location

Loved the location It is just across the highway from a beautiful beach, on the water with a fishing pier where we caught a spotted seatrout! The condo was very comfortable and quiet. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Great Stay

We loved our time here. Comfortable beds. 2 minute drive to the beach and right on the bay. Condo was clean. Great pool area.

Cozy condo

Good size for a family of 5. The two bathrooms are very small. Needs a little cleaning of the bathrooms and living room specifically the area under the couch. All in all it is a good and cozy place!

Great place for our family

We had a great time going to the beach across the street, swimming in the pool, and sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of 6.

Great place to relax

We stayed here for four days and had a great time exploring the nearby areas. The pool was great for days when the beach was closed due to the riptide. It was within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk and a short drive to a bunch of great restaurants!

The location to the public beach, restaurants, fun activites& shopping for families could not be beat! Great view of the bay; wonderful pool area, very clean and newly decorated! We will be back!
