Perfect spot

This place was truly great. Minus one star for the floors being dirty and not to our expectations. However, I was able to clean up a bit. I think it has to do with the humidity and being steps away from the ocean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time in Blu 200 Fort Walton. Large spacious condo. Elevators moved quickly, never felt crowded on beach or in the pool . Maintenance was very prompt about 2 minor issues. Would definitely stay there again. Wish I was still there !!

The beds and furniture were comfortable. The location made for a quiet experience as well. One night the thermostat stopped working and it was fixed within 2-3 hours. Great service and experience! Would stay again and would recommend!

There was so much room. The kitchen was well stocked with quality items we needed. We have stayed at many places but this was our favorite. Very quiet even though it was filled with families. Very clean throughout entire facility. Beds were very comfortable, tvs were nice, Legacy was very accommodating and kept the lines of communication open, very quick responses. We were very happy with our stay and cannot praise them enough!
