Welcome to your home away from home at Gulf Dunes 214 on beautiful Okaloosa Island. This is the ideal spot for families who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of nearby Destin while staying close enough to enjoy all the action. Our unit is designed for relaxation from the moment you walk through the door, featuring a cheerful beach theme and stunning views of the Gulf from the 3rd-floor balcony. The layout is perfect for families, offering a master bedroom with a king bed and an adjoining private bath that includes a convenient washer and dryer. Kids or small adults will love the cozy bunk beds located just outside the bedroom, and a queen air bed is available to ensure a total of six guests can sleep comfortably. We've updated the entire space with modern technology and appliances to make your stay seamless. Since the kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, you can skip the stress and head straight to the sand.
We provide bed linens, blankets, bath towels, etc. Please bring your own beach towels. Each Gulf Dunes unit has a private washer and dryer for your convenience. This rental will also include free WiFi and free Beach Service (1 set).

RESORT & AREA
Gulf Dunes Resort on Okaloosa Island provides a beachfront retreat with 426 feet of private shoreline. This seven-story complex features 102 units, each offering a private balcony with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. These one- to three-bedroom condos include full kitchens and in-unit laundry, while the property itself offers two swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and grilling areas. Your rental will include seasonal beach service, providing you with beach chairs and umbrellas.
The resort is positioned near several local attractions on Okaloosa Island. Guests can walk to the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, while The Boardwalk offers shopping and entertainment less than a mile away. For a wider variety of activities, the Destin Harbor Boardwalk is approximately 6 miles to the east, typically a 10-minute drive. This hub is the primary location for fishing charters, dolphin tours, and waterfront nightlife.
Parking: Free parking is provided for this unit for up to 2 vehicles. One space is covered, and one is uncovered.
Food: For groceries, you're just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free. Dining options near Gulf Dunes are varied and accessible. Stewby's Seafood Shanty is a popular spot for fresh seafood located directly across the street. Other nearby choices include Old Bay Steamer for steamed platters and The Gulf, which offers outdoor seating and bay views. For Italian cuisine, Vincenzo's Italian Bistro is a short distance away, and The Shack provides a classic waterfront setting for local seafood.
Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.
Pool: There are two ocean-side gated pools at this resort which are open year-round. Pools are typically heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉.

• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.
