「Clean room, host is easy to communicate with, spacious rooms, AC is working properly, beddings are clean. The only thing that I think would make a guest stay more comfortably is if a sink would be at the dining/kitchen near the fridge and cooking area rather than going thru the bedroom all the way to the bathroom to wash dishes and utensils. 「Our family had the best time in Alexandria and DC proper with The George as our homebase. Beds were very comfortable, living space and linens were all fresh and clean. The property is very close to a Safeway grocery store and with all the amenities The George offered we could easily prepare meals. 「The property is nice and updated, looks just like the pictures. The backyard is a great retreat! The 2 private parking spaces made it comfortable to come and go. The beds are comfortable and plenty of towels and convenience items (shampoo, trash bags, etc). The hosts were accessible during the stay, but we didn’t need them. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay near DC, this place in a nice quiet neighborhood is a perfect choice.」
