“when we check in our room everything was good until 2 mins walk in ... smoke alarm started beeping.. call down for maintenance told us 20 mins .. we waiting for 30 mins no one came .. when out for a smoke came back .. called downstairs. ask for maintenance again .. they told us he left for day... they end up get in a different room .. once we wash up to head to our concert.. we noticed A/C was on .. thought last customer shut off .. we turned it on .. then left for our evening , figure we……

“As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned……

“Positives: The room was clean. Housekeeping didn't clean out the fridge so there were 4 beers waiting for me when I arrived. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good. Negatives (in chronological order): There was a dude in the parking lot going through the dumpster for "empties". There is almost no parking. Much less spots than a hotel of this size would need. The night auditor checking us in didn't seem to know what he was doing. The shower in the room couldn't hold itself……

“We were coming to stay in a hotel for a few nights in Thinder Bay for a wedding and came here, unsure of what to expect. The property is nice and new everything’s clean and the staff is so helpful. They even remembered my name! I would highly recommend staying here and it was great to have a full size fridge in our room. I would definitely stay here again!”

“I'm first time in a hotel with a stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, dishes, utensils, etc. Amenities are within walking distance and downtown is a very short drive. The hotel was clean and well kept. The air conditioner was a little loud but the window open kept the room cool. The staff were helpful and professional”
