「Room was clean and staff was polite.」

「First, I called the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Second, the keypad of the room phone was totally inoperative, I couldn’t use for dialling and even to the front desk. I complaint and the front desk staff told me no one would fix. Third, a number of guest brought the glass and beer to the pool side, and threw the glasses on the floor, debris and blood in the poolside area. 「Everyone was respectful and nice I have no complaints at all. The only thing I could say was the tv channels were very blurry but I don't really watch tv and when I do it's sports so it didn't really bother me. I would highly recommend it, it's affordable the workers I dealt with treated me with respect and that's what I am looking for with my stay.」
