Péssima acessoria do hoteis.com

Não teve hospedagem, o dia anterior a ir a para hospedagem entrei em contato no app do hoteis.com com o anfitrião ppis o endereço no app não correspondia ao local do apartamento e o mesmo nao me deu retorno, no dia da hospedagem, dia 12/09 entrei em contato com o hoteis.com através donchat pois não estava confortável com essa situação, hoteis.com tentou entrar em contato com o anfitrião e não obtiveram sucesso, me repassou o endereço do apartamento, perguntei como faria para acessas e me informaram que na recepção eataria liberada a minha estadia. Cheguei por volta das 17:30 do dia 12/09, apresentei o voucher e na recepção mesmo já barraram a minha entrada pois não tinham nenhum conhecimento sobre a hospedagem, entrei em contado através do chat com o hoteis.com e me falaram para apresentar novamente o voucher com o n° do id, fiz com recomendo e por boa atenção do recepcionista ele me deixou entrar na recepção, mostrei as fotos do apartamento, ele reconheceu o apartamento e ligou para o proprietário, o mesmo disse que o apartamento estava em reforma e não estava disponível para locação. Depois disso tentei varias vezes através entrar em contato no chat do hoteis.com para que podessem me auxiliar e não me responderam mais. Consegui me hospedar em outro hotel após passar umas 3 horas procurando, pois todos se encontravam sem vagas. Experiência péssima!!!
