Hi there I just want to say staying at Franciane apartment was just absolutely amazing just was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had, when I rented a car she was quick to respond and setup to register the car so that I could park inside, there was even that I accidentally locked myself out, and I texted and it was almost 12:00 at night and she responded quick and came to unlock the door for me which I was sooo thankful everything that happened and that she responded and how friendly and quick she is to do things is just above and beyond I could not have been any happier with the time I was there and the security of the building is top notch with facial recognition and guards always present making sure everything is good, and easy delivery of food or packages easy Uber access, the amenities of the building also fantastic like you could ride a scooter or bicycles that they have in the building you just let the front desk/(guards) know and you say your name and the apartment and they’ll check if you are in the system and once they see you are then they’ll put it under your name that you have it and then when you come back you just let them know and they’ll check out the scooter for you and you just put it back where you got it, the room was also very clean, everything that you needed to cook with and to eat from was present and a huge plus for me since I was staying for a while, I could not have been any happier, EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!! More than 5 stars!!
