Location: This holiday home is located in the popular Forte dei Marmi, centrally located and it is only about 1. 200 m from the sand beach. The holiday home is ideal for guests who want to do without the car on vacation, the location of the holiday home is so central that you can reach almost everything on foot. Guests can easily reach the sandy beach, shops, restaurants and the bars. The villa has a beautiful garden, and the plot of land is fenced. On the property is space for 2 cars. In front of the house is a nice covered terrace where you can eat and grill together with the family. The quiet location of this holiday home is well suited to relax. The well-kept garden is ideal for this.
Amenities: The house has a large living space. The decor is very nice, partly modern. The garden furniture is comfortable and offers a lot of comfort. WiFi for free.
Ground floor: living room with comfortable sofa and TV, a nice well equipped kitchen with dining area. The cottage has a washing machine and a dishwasher.
1 double bedroom with private bathroom, shower and WC.
1 twin bedroom (bunk bed) and a bathroom.
1. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom, 3 single bedroom - 1 of which with cot (1.20m x 0.60m), 1 bathroom with shower / wc. A long balcony with parapet height of about 1 m.

Nice house in a nice area.

Nice and clean house. You need bikes or a car to get around. Very nice landlord who helped us with everything. The house has no aircondition and might be a bit warm in July and August. Otherwise a good place to stay!

Mittelmäßiges Haus in teurem Badeort

Das Haus war vielleicht vor einigen Jahrzehnten luxuriös, jetzt ist es aber leider abgewohnt und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Es ist nicht richtig schlecht, aber manche Dinge sind doch sehr störend: die Schlafräume im OG werden im Sommer sehr heiß und sind ohne Klimaanlage kaum zu ertragen, die Duschen haben keine Abtrennung, sondern sind offen im Bad und der Wasserdruck/Warmwasser etwas unzuverlässig, der Lattenroste im Doppelbett im EG verschiebt sich, ein Terrassentisch war wegen vielen Ameisen kaum zu nutzen. Positiv anzumerken ist, dass das Haus sehr sauber war. Wer dieses Haus mietet sollte sich aber vor allem darüber im Klaren sein, dass Forte dei Marmi ein Badeort für Reiche und Prominente ist, entsprechend teuer sind Bagnos und Resturants. Der Ort ist sehr weitläufig, vom Haus zum Meer sind es mehr als 30 Min. zu Fuß, entlang von viel befahrener Straße oder Villengrundstücken. Im Zentrum von Forte dei Marmi fehlte uns zwischen Gucci, Prada und Edelrestaurants das italienische Flair. Aber das ist natürlich auch Geschmackssache. Anders als geplant haben wir uns dann weniger in Forte dei Marmi aufgehalten, sondern das Haus als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung genutzt. und zum Baden sind wir nach Viareggio gefahren, wo der Strand genauso schön aber günstiger ist (in der Nachsaison wurde uns z.B. im Bagno Lita Rabatt angeboten, ohne dass wir danach gefragt haben).

Villetta al forte…

La casa è comoda soprattutto per una famiglia anche con tanti bambini… la posizione è a circa 2 km dal mare e 2 km dal centro… L’ideale è muoversi in bicicletta se non ci sono bambini troppo piccoli perché se no diventa difficoltoso… Il giardino è ampio e vivibile… noi ci siamo trovati complessivamente bene …i proprietari sono gentili e corretti… le procedure di ceck in e check out sono veloci…

Insgesamt alles gut. Wäre von Vorteil gewesen, wenn wir 1. gewusst hätten, dass der Nachbar einen Schäfer hat (da wir Hundehalter sind), 2. wenn wir gewisst hätten, dass der „spiaggia libero“ knappe 10 km vom Haus entfernt ist, oder der gemietete Strandsbschnitt pro Tag 200 Euro kostet.

Vecchia casa che avrebbe bisogno di qualche ristrutturazione, in particolare i bagni . Molto confortevole lo spazio esterno, ottima la posizione, vicina sia al centro sia al mare.

Schönes Haus mit etwas ältlicher Einrichtung

Haus sowie Garten sind für eine Familie gut geeignet, die Lage allerdings durch vielbefahrene Straße und lautes (auch nächtliches) Hundegebell eher weniger toll. Leider war einiges defekt/fehlte: Ofen-Anzünde-Automatik funktionierte an einigen Platten nicht, einige Lampen funktionierten nicht und Toilettensitz rutschte...

Soggiorno a Forte dei Marmi

La villa è spaziosa e accogliente, in posizione silenziosa. Nove posti letto in 6 camere, tre bagni. Ci ha permesso un sereno soggiorno di relax con tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Con le nostre bici abbiamo raggiunto ogni angolo di Forte dei Marmi e dintorni. I proprietari sono sempre stati cordiali e disponibili. La consigliamo caldamente!

Ruime woning in Forte dei Marmi

Ruime woning met fijne tuin op fiets afstand van het centrum van Forte dei Marmi en de stranden. De tuin ligt aan een zeer smalle straat dus het is even steken met een grote auto maar je kunt 2 auto's parkeren op de oprijlaan bij het huis.

Very very nice home! Everything ok.

Das Ferienhaus ist super gelegen. Der Garten, die Einrichtung, die Bäder super sauber und gepflegt. Die Hausbesitzerin sehr höflich. Man kann praktisch zu Fuss alles machen. Strand, Restaurantbesuche, Spazierengänge am Strand. Tolle Lage. Ideal um Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca, Florenz und die Region Cinque Terre zu unternehmen. Sehr emphfehleswert.
