“This hotel is as clean as any hospital's surgery room. You usually get two rooms in a little apartment style with all the silverware, glasses, plates and pots, every piece of utensils as clean as your own house. Rooms have private laundry machine, clothes rack, iron, ironing board, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. This place is like renting a full blown apartment flat.”

“I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in June. The hotel is newly built and the room was very clean. The bedroom was spacious, and the bathroom was spotless. A large TV was mounted on the wall facing the bed, and with the hotel’s high-speed internet, it was easy to connect to Netflix and YouTube. Breakfast was served on the rooftop with a wonderful view of the airport, which was truly enjoyable and offered a good variety. The hotel staff were very polite and attentive. “I only spoke a few Turkish phrases, but the staff were patient and understanding while we communicated via Google Translate. The room had a nice view over Trabzon and clean, came with a comfortable bed and chairs. The dry cleaning service/the staff letting me leave the luggage after the check-out was a huge plus as I travelled the Black Sea region. The location is just 7 min walk from the dolmus stop or 15 min walk from Trabzon Forum. I definitely stay here again. ”

“The hotel is located within a college-campus. We booked an ocean-view room, when we checked in, there was some festival going on, and the room wasn't sound-proof. We asked for a different room, and they moved us to a regular room without even an apology, they're like the festival will be done in 2, 3 hours! The mattress was very uncomfortable. The day was hot and when the AC didn't work, we called and they told us AC is centrally controlled and is not started until beginning of June. We opened……
