「Upon arrival, Google Maps directed us to an overgrown trail rather than the property. The host’s driving instructions did not mention that GPS would take guests past the driveway, nor did they provide any identifying landmarks or signage. After calling the host around 9:30 PM, we were told we were in the wrong location and he thought we cancelled even though we messaged two days before.
