Enter through the entrance door and let yourself be seduced by a pleasant living room of nearly 30 m², open onto the balcony, perfect for enjoying beautiful days. The open kitchen, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, a French press coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle and a toaster are also available. Meals can be shared around the dining table for 4 people, and you can extend the evening in the living area, comfortably seated in front of the television.



The sleeping area consists of two sleeping spaces: upstairs, on the mezzanine, there is a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), and the living room sofa bed can accommodate two additional people.



The bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the toilets are separate for more comfort.



To facilitate your stay, a washing machine is at your disposal.
