“Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book.”

“The hosts at this property were excellent; very friendly and accommodating, very responsive to all communications and willing to provide any requested items (like larger coffee mugs, a can opener) and were appreciative of any suggestions we had to make their property more user friendly. Since we are long time campers, the amenities more than met our expectations. “We enjoyed our stay and loved the view from the deck. The bed was comfortable with cotton sheets which we always appreciate. The place is as pictured except there is no longer a table outside to go with the awesome chairs. We kayaked and biked all over Cedar Key and while they are in the mend from so many hurricanes it was still as charming as ever. At the end of the day we enjoyed the lovely pool, hot tub and fishing from the dock. There isn’t a kayak launch on the property which would have……

“The property was really very nice and we were very comfortable there. However, we felt a little deceived by the photos as we thought we had a waterfront view and that was not the case. We were also in the dark with check in when we got there thinking there was an office there so we had to message the owner for the code to gain access.”

“Lovely view and the pool and property were well maintained and we enjoyed it. The condo inside was not cleaned. Crumbs on rug, hair on sheets, smudging on glass stove and microwave. Also mess in fridge hadn’t been cleaned. I washed the linens myself so we could sleep knowing they were clean. I’m glad I brought my own pillow because those smelled!”

“Pros: good location, private parking, full kitchen, laundry machine, water hose to wash off everything Cons: needs updating, a bigger tv- one tv in living room that’s a 30 inch Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great location, had a full kitchen to make our meals. The bed was comfy. I just found it to be a bit pricy for how outdated the apartment was. I did message the host before arriving, but never heard back. Thankfully we figured it out!”
