The description was a little misleading, says 1 1/2 baths but the half bath was actually just an exposed toilet under the basement stairs; no walls or door for privacy. The night we stayed the forecast called for snow; a neighbor advised us of off street parking rules for plowing. I reached out to host for verification, and he confirmed. Would’ve appreciated it if he advised us ahead of time since we weren’t……

The only issue we had was it was comfortable in the downstairs and cold in the upstairs in the evening so we needed an extra blanket to sleep . The steps in/out of the house could foreseeably be an issue for someone who has knee or balance problems. The home was just right for us for a quick visit in town. ”

“Host was very responsive. Everything you need was provided and easily accessible. Cabin was very clean and the beds were comfortable. All linens, bedding, and cooking supplies were provided. The neighbor does have a lot of dogs in kennels outside that would bark on occasion but they were not very bothersome. If you're tall, you will have to duck a lot in the kitchen and dining room. We did use the hot tub which was very nice but did not use the sauna. Ultimately, it was a very nice place”
