「I stay here all the time. It is my go to place in Bridlington, because it is like coming home at the end of the evening and I feel like a member of the family. I cannot pretend it is luxury but if you aren't after 5 star it's great. Right by the sea and the theatre, a few restaurants close by and a 5 or 10 minute walk to the town. Breakfast is huge and I famously have never finished one. This place may not be to everybodys tastes, but I love it and them, especially Gus the dog.」

「Except for the fact no one was there when I arrived (they had emailed me but I hadn't seen it) It was a comfortable place to stay and breakfast was delicious. It was in a perfect location for my plans. The owners were very friendly.」

「The landlord was extremely helpful. Allowed us to enter out room early. Was very helpful, had a problem with our tv came and changed it straight away. Nothing seem to a trouble i didnt want an egg, took it off no problem. The breakfast was a full english, and was excellent. There was absolutely no grease on plate and tasted yummy. Had a big pot of tea with breakfast, which is good as myself and friend drink a lot of tea lol. I havent slept in a single bed since i left home quite a few years ago....

「The owners were very courteous and friendly. We only stayed the one night, but we were impressed with the condition and standard of the room. All the little extras were extreamly thoughtful, inc a small sewing kit, playing cards, a fridge with fresh milk, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits, toiletries, iron, radio, tissues, water, immaculately clean linen and towels. Breakfast was tasty and filling with a variety of hot food as well as cereals, fruit, toast and juice. Very highly recommended....

「The B&B is perfectly positioned only 3 mins walk from The Bridlington Spa where we went to watch McFly. My daughter and I felt safe walking back to the B&B late at night. The room was beautiful with en-suite and special chocolates with a coffee station. The bed was really comfy. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and cooked specially for each guest. I would highly recommend it and we will be going back when we need to go to another gig. Thankyou.」

No problem if you are out and about most of the time but staying in might be a bit crammed. There is a small outdoor area to sit in - if you like talking to the neighbours as all chalets are close together.」

「Very disappointed. Arrived to the property filthy then had to use my own Holliday time cleaning. Owner did respond and apologise for the cleaners but didn’t arrange anything to rectify the issues. Shame as the place would be nice if it was kept clean. 」

「We needed somewhere to stay over after a gig at the spa. Was pleasantly surprised on how good the place was, so convenient for the spa - it’s literally over the road from the entrance! Breakfast was fab. I love a good proper b&b and this was one. Clean, ideal for the beach, relaxed and friendly owners, just perfect for what we needed. Room was a good size and didn’t feel cramped. I imagine we’ll be back if we need somewhere again and will definitely recommend. Only issue was slight noise from...
