This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was never around. The ice machine in the Lodge had no ice. The so-called breakfast was pathetic: no coffee, no juice, and disgusting curdled cream cheese was in the fridge. There was not enough toilet paper in the bathroom and the microwave in the room did not work. The pool was out of service, but that was never disclosed at booking. The lodge door is open to anyone to come inside 24 hours a day with no security. The sheets had hair in them. I wish I could get a refund.

First assigned room smelled musty, stained carpet and TV did not work. Moved to second room where WiFi did not work. Window AC unit held in place with tape and tissue paper! Whole place is dank and run down. Breakfast limited continental.

Comfortable and well-kept property.

Older hotel that was clean and well maintained. Gopi, our host, was friendly and helpful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bedding was clean and soft. Plenty of hot shower water too. As noted by others, the continental breakfast is minimal, the “baked” goods looked old and I don’t recommend the coffee. Very watery and stale tasting. Fresh fruit of bananas, apples and mandarin oranges was a nice touch, though. Careful as you step up to the lodge for breakfast as there are large loose tiles. I didn’t notice poor quality WiFi as I didn’t use theirs. Nice location and very nice views of the creek behind the hotel.

This hotel is better than sleeping in the car. Barely. It was old and worn. The WiFi was terrible. The lamps in the room didn’t work. Luckily my wife was not with my son and I, or she would have refused to stay here. The desk person was never available for assistance. Do not stay here unless your only other option is sleeping in car or on cardboard under a bridge.

Our bedroom was right above the rec room that had a pool table, and unfortunately one family started playing pool from 9pm till long after 10pm, which was very disturbing. Otherwise it was clean, safe and friendly

The wifi did not work even after contacting staff. There was a whole bag of leftover trash under the sink and dirty hand towels when we checked in. Breakfast was okay but there were not a lot of options. Though the room was dark and the interior looked nice.

The property is falling apart. The "Lodge" is musty smelling and in poor repair. The "heated" pool was being filled with a gareden hose and also smelled musty and old. Our room had smears of I do not know waht on the walls. Mirrora and microwave were dirty. Wifi did not work. Parking lot was noisy all night.... mind you this is our in the middle of nowhere. We tried to cancel our second night and were told we couldn't. $380 for 2 nights. We only stayed one and will never stay again. This dive motel is ill representes on Travelocity.

The room was adequate, nothing special. It was clean but was well used. Furniture and walls were banged up. Bed was comfortable. Had to call them to check in, even though i had given a specific time as requested. Wifi didnt work in room. No cell phone service.

The Wi-Fi definitely did not work. The seat on the toilet bowl was in need of repair. Also, we put the sign out on the door requesting cleaning service and it never got done but then we discovered the reason was, according to the employee, someone had removed the sign from our door and thrown it onto the ground nearby. Also the room tiny tiny tiny little room the whole place was very tiny but it's in the middle of gorgeous area so that's why they charge so much money with this miniscule room.
