“Everything was great. The rooms are very nice, and the beds are big and comfortable. What I liked the most about the room was that it had a mini fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The pool is nice, and there is a jacuzzi as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed many other amenities too. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“We reserved a King suite. It was very nice. The bathroom shower door had some black mold on the track. So, a little more attention to detail is recommended.
The outside was lackluster for Frankenmuth. Weeds in the landscape, debris on the ground and parking lot. Not very well maintained.
The pool area was ok. The tile flooring and the wall tile along the floor was dirty and scummy. Probably time for a cleaning.
Breakfast was ok. Nothing special serving rubber sausage and pre-made eggs.……

“First and foremost the staff was exceptional. All helpful and checking in if we needed anything anytime we saw someone.
Drink vouchers and buffet was an added perk we were not expecting.
Walking distance to shops and other fun places.
Short drive to boat ramp and Bronners.
I recommend staying there as I would stay there again.”

“The property was decently clean, never saw a houskeeper, but pool was stalked with towels and we enjoyed the breakfast.
Had a little bit of issues with staff. Slightly rude about curtains to pool area. I just wanted to watch my son from the lobby through the windows and was moving the blinds to see in. Was confronted by staff about it. To be fair I don't think she knew I was a parent.
Then we were put on "hold" for the front desk for like 5 minutes. They just placed the phone on the counter……
