Keine deutschsprachige Belegschaft an der Rezeption in einem Hotel in Deutschland. Ohne Englischkenntnisse keine Chance. Kleines Frühstücksbuffet, reicht aber aus. Keine große Auswahl. Für eine Nacht nur zum schlafen mit Frühstück ausreichend. Sehr kleines Parkhaus, was 15 € kostet. Nur 8 gekennzeichnete Flächen. Parken rund ums Hotel, nur mit sehr viel Glück.

Tolle moderne Unterkunft in guter Lage. Nicht ganz zentral aber mit der S-Bahn innerhalb von 15 in der Frankfurter Innenstadt und das für ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Hotel hat mich nicht zum letzten Mal als Gast gesehen.

I could have rated 5star but i think they don't deserve that from me for the fact that a hotel of it kind should at least have a kettle and tea cups in rooms for guest. I haven't been to a hotel with no kettle and mini ingredients for tea in the room before so i didn't like that. Apart from that, everything were nice.

The room was really nice, unfortunately both of my early mornings were ruined with people on the ground floor outside the property making noise at 5am. The windows were closed - it wasnt ideal, but the staff were very nice and breakfast very nice too. Thank you

The room wasn’t clean : there was a stain in the shower and hair and stain on the bed. When we arrived, we were told that the keys to our room didn’t work and that the problem would be solved in one day. It wasn’t so we had to call an employee each time we wanted to go in the room. The receptionist was a bit cold.

The property is a newer building and the rooms are very clean. My room was small but for me it was fine since I was looking for a clean place to sleep and take shower. I definitely would go there again if I wanted to stay in Offenbach.
