Sehr geehrter Gast, es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie sich so über uns geärgert haben. Wir dachten, dass wir allen abreisenden Gästen erklärt hätten, dass unser Schwimmbad über Nacht einen Defekt bekommen hatte und es daher zu einem ziemlichen Problem mit der Wasserversorgung gekommen ist. Dies kann leider immer mal passieren und der Techniker ist auch direkt gekommen, gegen Mittag war zwar die Reparatur des Schwimmbads nicht abgeschlossen aber die Wasserleitungen waren wieder O.K. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass dies bei Ihnen so nicht angekommen ist. Selbstverständlich bedauern wir jedes Mal sehr, wenn sich ein Gast bei uns nicht wohl fühlt. Gerne hätten wir Sie persönlich kontaktiert. Wir hoffen dennoch, dass Sie uns eine zweite Chance geben und wir Sie von unserem Standard überzeugen können.
