停車場入口唔明顯，係電車路軌旁，要同行人仕落車去接待處職員開閘門，車未泊到地庫停車場，工作人員已經催促交住宿費用，另外辦理入住手續超級慢，訂了六間房，需要一間辧完入住手績，才可以下一位填表，足足用了一小時辦理六間房入住手續，都唔明白點解唔可以一次過俾表格給住客填，再核對證件資料。兩星期的德國之旅，只有此間酒店辦事效率哪麽差。

早上0830到，10點就讓我check in ，櫃檯服務很好，解說清楚。旅館離火車站非常近，步行5分鐘即可到達，市區景點也可步行到達。房間有空調，水壺。電視有英文頻道。在德國住宿三間旅館中cp值最高。

房間大小與網站不同，相同房型大小不一致。不同人訂相同房型，房間大小差異很大。浴室洗澡空間太窄，一人無法轉身洗澡。 附近商店很多、車站走路可達。服務人員服務態度好。

The hotel is right across the street from the train station, great location. The room was clean, though a bit small. The building was under construction and therefore our room does not have any view.

近法蘭克福市中心中央車站,只順數分鐘已可到達,但房間空間較小,德國大部份酒店房間沒有水煲,但這間設有,價錢也合理,要留意酒店附近很多吉普賽乞丐

非常迷你的房间，28寸以上的箱子可能没法一直摊着，但是设备齐全，我1米85在单人床上睡得还是很舒适的。前台服务很好，早餐选择不多但是质量不错。离开法兰克福主火车站仅一街之隔，附近有中餐厅和超市，步行到Zeil大街购物大约15-20分钟。
