環境新淨舒適，步行至車站約7分鐘，但如果去羅馬廣場那邊真的有段距離 服務員很專業，態度極好 大堂水果可以免費食用，種類很多 房間第一天有免費水飲用 房間空間感很大，整體感覺很舒適 浴室水壓充足，浴缸很乾淨，可以安心浸浴 唯一美中不足，冷氣聲音太大，即是開了冷氣，空氣也有點侷促

如果連這間飯店都可以打9分以下的話，我覺得乾脆不要出國待在家就好，自以為會靠背就會有糖吃，北七！
房間大！櫃檯服務很輕切，飯店附近也有腳踏車可以借。 就設計來說，早完澡門口一定會留下一灘水，但我覺得還好，擦擦就好，只有龜毛日本人會因為因此而給負評！ 辦退房時櫃檯和我另外多少了一天兩歐元的清費，如果以小費來算的話我認為非常合理且便宜。出國給點小費是禮儀，因為這點錢就在斤斤計較靠背靠母的三等國民沒資格出國，留在台灣吃大便就好！ 唯一美中不足只有： 清潔工真的太臭了！到底幾天沒洗衣服洗澡啊幹！

Viele Flecken auf den Gardinen und das Zimmer war sehr staubig. Zudem war die Lüftung sehr laut und das Zimmer wurde gar nicht runter gekühlt. Dafür ist die Aussicht aus dem Fenster hervorragend.

This is a super hotel, extremely close (10 minute walk) to the Frankfurt railway station but in a safe, quiet area near the river. The hotel staff is warm, friendly and welcoming; my room was impeccably clean, with tasteful but simple decor, and included a refrigerator and an iron/ironing board. Easy to walk everywhere, the bridge to the Städel Museum is literally a minute away, and all other cultural destinations are nearby (or there are taxis waiting outside), shopping as well. Surprisingly inexpensive, excellent value for money. I will gladly stay here again, and recommend it enthusiastically.

They have room cleaning on request. I requested twice but nothing was done. I even complained at the receiption. In four days stating Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday i didnt have room cleaning service. This kindof cost cutting is just not good for customer service and health.

Insgesamt vernünftiges Hotel, das Zimmer wsr jedoch zum wiederholten Male viel zu warm. Die Klimaanlage wird gemäss Personal im Winterabgeschaltet, das Fenster lässt sich kaum öffnen.
