「Never received the access codes via email or text message had to call when I arrived. Heaters didn’t work the entire time we were there. I notified them and never got a response. Wasn’t completely clean inside. Inside Microwave and Inside of Oven were both dirty. Had to buy sponges and garbage bags to help me clean. I would not stay here again. 」

「The online photos of the exterior were absolutely not the building the apartment is in. The bathtub was dirty and had to be cleaned prior to use.There are no hangers for clothes. The price is disproportionately high. The shower head needs to be replaced. I could go on but don't see a reason to do so.」

「I was in town with my friend for a convention. The owner was prompt with communications the entire time of our stay and with me before we arrived. There was an issue with the water supply to the building which was out of her control but she kept us updated and even reimbursed us for a day. The apartment was very clean. Building was quite lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance.I would definitely recommend and will use again when in the area」

「The room was very clean and comfortable; everything in great order and it had everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable. I meant to do some food prep for Thanksgiving but ended up doing it at our son's nearby but everything was there I would've needed. The area is a bit sketchy but we felt safe and secure. 「Would give 0 stars if possible. Arrived at location (after check in time) to find front door open and residence occupied and obviously not in any condition for us to stay in. No response to our knocking or announcing our presence. Host communication was terrible. Area around location somewhat questionable, but not as concerning as the accommodations. Had the stress of locating (and paying for) a hotel with an opening (UD parents weekend). Was waiting to do review to see if we could arrive...
