“If we had paid $150-200 per night for this tiny house, I might not say anything. But for $440 per night, there is a huge disconnect between price and value. At that price point, I would expect to be a lot more comfortable than we were. The bed is a tiny double mattress. The water smells like sewage, no bottled water was offered, and there is nowhere nearby to buy water, so we were very thirsty. Bathroom tile was mildewy, toilet was not fully cleaned and the bathroom floor was constantly……

“Watson was great at communicating with us. The driveway was a bit steeper and more challenging than we expected but my wife and I love stuff like this. Makes it more of an adventure. That said (just like in the hosts description) you won't make it to camp in a Mazda Miata, lol! Short enough walk to not matter at all.Not only was the place very clean, small touches like snacks, firewood, water, eggs, etc were very thoughtful!Very nice place to spend time by the fire.”

“The house is under going multiple improvements. None of which effect staying in the house. There are window units in every room for a/c. The WIFI available is subpar so working remotely was near impossible and even streaming a show on the living room tv proved to be difficult. Towels and bedding were adequate. We did not use the stovetop or microwave/ toaster oven combo but they seemed in operating order. Only having one bathroom can be difficult but something we were prepared for already. Only……

“Had a great stay here!! Location was nice and quiet. House was clean and air conditioning worked good!! The host was very easy to communicate with! Wifi worked good. Beds were comfy. There were dishes and utensils for cooking. Overall 10 out of 10 especially for the money!! Would definitely recommend and use again!”
