「We came in from Pittsburgh, PA for a huge event in the city that was well advertised.
When checking in, the process was rather lengthy with multiple people waiting. The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone.
The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. And, upon arrival from the event later in the evening, there were no parking spaces available without sufficient help from staff to rectify the situation. The rooms were nice-but there’s no...

「Prior to booking my room I reached out to the host on serval separate instances to ensure I’d be able to check in upon my arrival from Georgia only to get in at 4:30am and be stuck without a room with children. There should have been some type of compensation considering it was the agents mix up.」

「Unacceptable. After two days needed to get towels and actual bedding for pull out and there was none. Asked the next day in the morning for towels and bedding came back to suite 8 hours later and no towels or bedding in suite. Asked front desk and they said they had none.」
