「Poor internet, pool was closed, nice motel but had a strange smell, (like an ammonia odor) not sure if that was because i was on third floor where laundry room was but after a few days, guess my nose grew used to it. The building itself could use a pressure washing but I guess with all the rain, its hard to do that, breakfast was ok, could've had a little more options but overall it was convenient to everything and close to the college which I really enjoyed.」

「The shower head is connected and cannot be moved. I am 5 foot 3 and it sprayed right in my face-would suggest a handheld shower wand. The breakfast was just ok-could have used more variety. The hotel was clean but rooms could have used some sprucing up. There was no tv channel guide in the room-had to ask for it. The info on the TV remote did not work-simply said no info. The vending machine and ice machine on our floor were both broken.」

「The view and gathering area in the lobby are really nice but the motel area feels like it's very old and falling apart. The floor on the second floor feels like it's going to cave in and there are areas where you actually feel like the floor is sinking under the old, dusty, and cigarette smoke filled carpet. The outside balcony on the 2nd floor was a nice feature, but the 1st floor balcony is open and there is a door that can access the room from outside on the ground floor. If they would invest...

「We just had our 2nd visit this year. We love the Dillard House . We enjoy sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs. It's nice to have a nice quiet (some construction) place to reconnect with nature. We will be visiting again .」
