「Second time staying in property that is 4 hotels next to each other with some shared facilities. This time stayed in Hypernym that is their hotel apartments. Fantastic! Well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, plenty of hot water and water pressure. Thoughtful room cleaning staff and front office staff. 「The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. 」

「Great location and good size for our family. However, the description on the site was very clear that a fully functioning kitchen was available. While there was a microwave, espresso machine, toaster and oven, no stove were available. The top of the oven had a cutting board and if you lifted it, it seemed as that was were the stove. With two children with Autism this was a challenge as they are picky eaters and we picked this place because it was advertised with a full functioning kitchen.」
