Clean and Wonderful!

Great place and a great location! Very clean, well kept and had everything we needed. Private outside courtyard area was our favorite along with the amazing bathroom and fireplace. 10/10 would recommend. Only complaint I would have would be having an additional or larger trashcan. Will definitely be recommending to all our friends/family. Hope to be back every year.

Great stay in FBG!

This property is beautiful, convenient, and the property managers respond quickly. The amenities are nice. Everything is very new and modern. My only "complaint" (which really isn't one) is that I didn't realize there are upstairs neighbors to Unit #4. I would have booked a different unit had I understood that. Overall though, the unit is incredible - that bathtub is WONDERFUL as is the shower, and the bed was comfortable. The hot tub was nice on a cool night, but it does make quite a loud "buzzing" noise as it heats. There is an included white noise machine, which was really appreciated. I also really appreciated the fact that there were robes and makeup towels. It's the little things.Limestone in the parking lot is well maintained but hard to get luggage across - I had to carry mine to the door. Fortunately it wasn't a long distance. Just wanted to point that out for folks who might have issues lugging stuff around.Thank you for a great stay! I would definitely try this property again.

I have been a repeat visitor at Porchlight's quaint cottages in Fredericksburg. The experience has always been seamless with amazing communication, wonderful location off Main Street, and extremely clean and well-kept property. Highly recommend!
