“Poor communication regarding checkin via text vs email vs third party website, even after 2 calls and a visit to office; would be helpful to know absolute check in at 4 pm as opposed to potential early check in- even when the room was clean and there was only one other room checked in and in a 20 unit complex; didn’t receive text for check in until 7:30 at night and had to call at 4 pm again to get check-in code as it went through messages at Expedia instead of Notifications and I had no access……

“This little two bedroom home was attached to others, but still felt very private in the back of this area where there were several apartments. We stated number 202. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, couches were very comfortable. All in all we four had a very nice overnight stay and wish we could’ve stayed two nights. “My daughter and I stayed here as a stop on our road trip. This was the perfect location for exploring downtown Fredericksburg! It’s one block/street off Main Street and close to the park and restaurants. We walked everywhere and had no trouble with parking. The property is so charming and well decorated as the wildflower cottage! It’s like something out of a fairy tale. We enjoyed sitting in the garden area and the rocking chairs on the porch. It has a comfortable bed and pillows plus a hot……
