"The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was very reasonable at $30/night. The location is convenient for a large city downtown area. Many sights, such as the Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium, several restaurants, etc. are a short walk away."

"Family in 4 rooms. All happy with rooms. Corner rooms, roomy, clean, good water pressure, staff friendly. Price reasonable. Plan to stay there again. Walkable distance to Busch Stadium approximately 1 mile. Asked for king beds. Ours seemed more like a queen."

"Parking was scarce and metered during the day. Still a better option than the $50/day valet. Rm 514 had the worst view, walls of neighboring buildings and dumpsters. Dirty view. Took awhile for hot water otherwise suite level amenities were good. Door had to be forced closed, but it shut. Breakfast was nice but busy the entire 3 days we were there and they ran out of things a lot. Picked this location for the short 20 min walk to Busch stadium. Overall nice hotel but not worth the $150/night."

"The biggest downside for us was valet parking. At $52 per day, it felt expensive, but I could have overlooked that if the service had been more consistent. One morning, we waited approximately 45 minutes to get our vehicle. If someone had a flight to catch or a scheduled event, that kind of delay could create a real problem. I also missed having easy access to my vehicle if I needed to grab something quickly. The room was spacious. The king bed was medium-firm, though I personally prefer a much softer mattress at home. We traveled with our two children (ages 5 and 7), who slept on the pull-out sofa bed. This was one of the better pull-out beds we've experienced during our travels. The made-to-order breakfast was phenomenal and one of the highlights of our stay.The selection of toppings and add-ins was impressive, and you can customize your omelet just about any way you want. The complimentary evening reception was also a nice bonus with snacks, drinks, and draft beer available. The indoor pool was clean and enjoyable. One thing I personally appreciated was that it was approximately three feet deep throughout. The location was excellent. We were close to the City Museum, the Gateway Arch. The only other amenity I would have loved to see is a hot tub. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Between the large rooms, excellent breakfast, family-friendly atmosphere, great location, and outstanding staff, I would absolutely stay here again. Valet is just a bummer."
