  • This is a fully remodeled spacious studio unit. Located upstairs, this open room features a comfortable queen bed and a futon for additional seating or sleeping space. The full bathroom includes a bathtub and comes stocked with bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap for your convenience.

    For your dining needs, there is a small kitchenette equipped with a coffee pot and filters (please bring your own favorite coffee grounds), toaster, microwave, mini refrigerator, and dishes.

    Stay connected with the smart TV with fire stick and Wi-Fi included in your stay. Outside, you'll find chairs and a small table for your personal use, and a shared outdoor area with picnic tables and charcoal grills for some outdoor fun. Just remember to bring your own charcoal and grilling utensils if you plan to use the grills.

    Our location is convenient with restaurants, a convenience store, and a liquor store nearby. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away, less than a block from the property! Leave your vehicle in one of our two shared parking lots and spend your day at the beach or purchase a Surfside Beach permit from local stores to drive your vehicle onto the beach.

Great little studio right down the street from the beach. Super clean, bed was comfortable and best part was, the pup got to stay too! Had neighbors throughout the week with dogs also and didn't hear a peep. Felt safe as a solo traveler and will definitely stay here again!! Thank you!

This place was perfect for me and my girlfriend. Spotlessly clean, excellent amenities and very close to the beach. Also a very nice liquor store was only a couple blocks away! Highly recommend!

Great stay

Great place to stay, relatively close location to the beach and very quiet. Had multiple people occupying the units next to us and it was still never disrupted by any loud noises.

This property was great. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to the beach. Everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again. Great host, easy check-in & check-out.

Great Stay

We've stayed at The Mark multiple times now. It's always our go to for a quick weekend getaway. Its close to everything and the price is right. Everything is always very clean. Its an added bonus that our boston terrier is welcome as well!

clean & convenient

Absolutely recommend staying at the mark. It is the perfect size for 2. Super clean, and awesome location. It is a short drive to all the restaurants, gas stations, and beach/jettys area. We stayed 2 nights and it was exactly what we needed for a quick beach trip!

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at The Mark at Surfside, Apt. 8. The beach is just a short three-minute walk away, making morning strolls and beach access effortless. The nightly rate was low and the ratings were good, so we stayed 2 nights. The room was really clean, recently well decorated and quiet, but the door was hard to open and close. There was no outdoor lighting except for one light pole in the parking lot, which is a safety concern for two women on their own and checking in after sunset. Even still, we would’ve been fine with that (we’re low maintenance), but the second night a couple stayed in the room next door and fought (lots of screaming, cursing and had angry sex) for 3 hours from midnight to 3 am. The walls were so thin it was like we were in the same room with them. Aside from losing 3 hours of sleep that we really needed, it was scary and traumatic, to say the least. If I had small children with me, we would’ve had to leave in the middle of the night (I almost did anyway). I wish I had spent the extra money and just stayed in a house. Lesson learned. We won’t be coming back here.
