“Ben and Michael were always available to answer our questions and even let us know things we might enjoy during our stay. The property is a gem on Surfside. The beach so near and you can’t beat the calming sounds of the waves and the sounds of nature. The morning walks while the sun rising against the crashing waves so very therapeutic. The beds so comfortable and blankets so soft and clean. We got the much needed rest and sleep now we are fully charged. Definitely both front and back balconies……

“We found a lot of discrepancies on this beach house listed under Vrbo-Expedia. It indicated 4 bedrooms / 3 baths to accommodate up to 17 people on 1055 sd ft. The house only had 3 very small rooms and 2 baths NO hot water. Not very clean. The rug, the pillows and sofas on the leaving room were gross, we did not even seat on it. one bedroom had a queen bed and a bunk queen beds. The reservation was for 14 people, but some rented a hotel room in Galveston instead. II called the owner to fix the……

“The host called immediately to welcome us and urged us to contact them for any assistance needed. Very clean and well designed! This was the best stocked rental ever! Above and beyond! Exceptional pet friendly. The gate at the top of the stairs allowed our dog to enjoy outdoors and freely roam the entire balcony. When we return to this area, this home will be our first choice!”
