The staff were wonderful. Cardinal, Shayla, and Mac were exceptional. Having the bar right in the hotel was nice and we enjoyed sitting there and visiting however, the sun coming in the big windows made it very warm. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. I went when it was cold and out of season. I also was my birthday and the staff there made it one of the best birthdays I have had. I would stay again.

Love Margarittaville places. Staff were super kind and helpful. The room needed a little deep cleaning - walls were marked up and stairs were dirty. We also found drink tops under the nightstand. Otherwise, it was a fabulous place.
