This hotel is exceptionally clean, and the reception and dining hall teams are genuinely friendly, professional and attentive. The location is very central, and the rooms and facilities match the photos provided — which is always refreshing.
However, there are a few areas that need improvement, especially considering that the hotel attracts mainly business travellers.
The most concerning issue is that the Wi-Fi has no password at all. For a property catering to professionals with proprietary information on their laptops, this is a significant and unexpected security lapse. Even guests coming in just for lunch are able to access the network, which is an elementary mistake for an international-standard hotel.
Housekeeping also needs better coordination. The staff are kind and hardworking, but they often enter immediately after knocking and may return up to three times a day with towels or supplies, when once a day would be more than sufficient. A bit more structure and respect for guest privacy would make a noticeable difference.
The restaurant has a fantastic menu with great variety; however, a lot lack depth — no soul, no spices — and a few meals arrived with key ingredients replaced, as if the kitchen simply substituted items not available without adjusting the menu.The water served at the breakfast buffet from the dispenser should be reviewed, as it appears to be general tap water. Management needs to ensure that only genuinley bottled water is provided in rooms
