不滿:整潔度、職員與服務和住宿狀況
The customer service at the facility was terrible. We arrived a late for our stay due to our flight being delayed by the airline. The resort refused to refunded me for the first night of our stay, even after I notified them that our flight was delayed over night. The receptionists are rude and unprofessional. The hotel staff are overworked and poorly trained. They all looked very unhappy to be at the resort. Mosquitoes everywhere, even with the air conditioning on, it was difficult for us to sleep at night. The food options was very limited. The hotel charges you extra for room service which was very surprising to me, especially being an All Inclusive resort. The beach is off limits to guests at the resort.
